About Us
Preamble
SRD Modi Vidya Niketan Society, District - Kota, Rajasthan was established on 03.07.1986. The Society was registered under Rajasthan Societies registration act 1948 (Rajasthan Act No. 28, 1958). The jurisdiction of the Society is entire Kota District. The registered office of the Society is located at Modi House, Gumanpura, Kota.
 
Domain of Services
The Society has been in the field of education for the last more than 23 years and has been the first NGO in the domain of education to make foray into women's Higher Education segment in the HADOTI Region.
 
Vision of the Society
SRD Modi Vidya Niketan Society, Kota since its inception has been promoting and establishing institution of excellence with main focus on building capabilities of the students with holistic development of their personality so that the students passing out of the portals of  “Modi Group of Educational Institutions” shall contribute in building a strong nation.

Academic Activities of Society

As on today the society is operating five educational institutions in Kota city for the upliftment of students of "HADOTI " Region. In what follows; the institutions are listed in chronological order :

  1. SRD Modi College for Women
  2. Modi Public School
  3. Modi Institute of Technology
  4. Modi Institute of Management & Technology
  5. R.N. Modi Engineering College.

The Society has created vast and varieties of the educational facilities under its domain that a parent can enroll his child in 'Nursery' and take his young one after graduation or post-graduation without shifting. Thus, 'MGEI' is the biggest institution providing facility for general and professional education in the 'HADOTI REGION'.
